Overview
There are three types of extensibility and integration that can be leveraged by trusted clients:
- API (synchronous)
- Client API Implementation
- D3 Platform calls client implementation of D3 APIs
- Platform External APIs
- Client makes calls to D3 Platform System APIs
- Client API Implementation
- Event (asynchronous)
- Conduit (batch)
These types can be combined in different ways and workflows don't only have to use one type.
Clients
The users of functionality are trusted clients:
- Internal D3 platform
- Digital Banking Partners
- DI
- CSP
- Client FIs
- Third party
- WaveCX
Trusted: Extensibility users must be trusted as the APIs provide access to user data. Clients must ensure that they have acquired the appropriate user content for their usage of the data.
